Milago Human Resource Company Limited (MHRC) is a Human resource outsourcing company, offering services such as issuing employment contracts on behalf of the clients, remitting taxes, managing benefits, processing salaries, answering employment inquiries, legal compliance, maintaining employment files and records, developing HR policies, training, and any other employee-related tasks.

Scope Of Services

The human resource outsourcing services offered by the company can be broadly categorized into two, labour management and human resource processes:

Labour Management

a). Employ and Issue Contracts on Behalf of the Client

To recruit and issue the client employees with a contract under the company’s name, such that the company will process the payroll, file taxes and manage all statutory requirements. During the selection interview the client can have a representative in the selecting panel. The client also has an option of handing over the selected employees to the company.

b). Recruitment and Selection

This includes recruitment and selection where the company source for employees, interview job candidates and conduct background checks on behalf of the client.

c). Payroll processing

This includes initial payroll set-up, pay computations, generation of payroll reports, payment distribution to employees, remittance of other deductions, generation and distribution of pay-slips to employees, statutory deductions, payments, and filings, company and employee registration with tax and statutory authorities 

d). Providing Working Station and Desks

This is a service provided to companies that do not have offices; the company sets up these client companies and provides facilities such as working stations and desks and ensure that their day-to-day operations runs smoothly and that their productivity is not compromised.

a). Human Resource Policies

This service includes helping clients in developing and updating HR policies and also guiding employers on how to carry out or implement these policies in their company.

b). Compliance

Helping clients in making sure that their businesses conform to the ever-changing employment related Government regulations. It involves ensuring that outsourced staffs are managed within the stipulated legislation in line with the Employment Act.

c). Proper Record Keeping

this involves managing all documentations related to outsourced employees. This includes leave management records, performance records, disciplinary records and statutory documents.
